About Me

Let’s get this out of the way: when speaking English, I pronouce it “Thomas”. It’s spelled funny because I was born in Budapest, Tamás is the Hungarian equivalent of Thomas.

I have been building software since my late teens (over 30 years ago) starting with DOS utilities for making D&D characters and surfing the technology waves through desktop, Windows, client/server, early web, SaaS, cloud and now this generative era we’re entering. (Yes, it’s been a few years, eons in Internet time, but still it’s only beginning.)

Most of my career was at Integral Group, the family business I grew up in. Over the years I’ve worn many hats, from solo developer to running our entire engineering team. I’ve handled network architecture, colocated server infrastructure, security audits & compliance, cloud migration, also sales, business development, partnerships, team coaching, and just about every aspect of running a software business. Ultimately, as CEO, I led the company to being acquired.

In 2026 I am stepping into a new phase, applying my broad experience to helping organizations navigate and thrive in a rapidly changing technology and business environment.
